I have never had such a great experience in shopping for a vehicle until I became a part of the George Gee family. And when you are working with them, that is exactly how you are treated- like family. Starting off with Jay - he took his time to find the right vehicle for me. Not just any vehicle but the one that fit my situation and one that would allow me to put myself in a better position. He is a great ‘coordinator’. Calling him a salesperson would be wrong. Because he is way more than that. Alex, the finance manager at their Spokane Valley location is the best at finding the right number for your specific circumstance. I have been taken advantage before by predatory lenders- lenders whose only purpose is to put you in a no-win situation. But not Alex- again, treating you as family and not a sell, who searched and found the right financing for me to put me in a better situation- not hurtful.

I looked all over trying to find exactly what I was looking for and finally decided on Gee NW Auto Lending after an awful experience at a different dealership. I purchased a 2015 Kia Optima which was exactly what I was looking for. The price was very fair and the car is in great condition. The service department did an amazing job of detailing it inside and out. We walked in without calling or scheduling an appointment but Daniel Kahn was ready to help us right away. He was so attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He and the manager, Alex Dratch, both stayed late to finish up our deal but we never felt rushed or pushed at all. Alex took care of all of our financing and was also super knowledgeable, answered all of our million questions and concerns without getting annoyed, and made the whole experience wonderful. To top it off, he called me the next day to bring me back in to redo my financing because they were able to get me approved by a different lender with an interest rate almost HALF of what I initially signed for! This is when I had the pleasure of meeting the finance manager, Alyssa Ramirez. She had everything ready when I got there so all I had to do was sign. She was really sweet, knowledgeable, addressed all of my concerns, and made the process so easy. I’ve never been able to say this about any other dealership but George Gee made a lifetime customer out of me!

I received a call from a strange number with a message that said I was preapproved for a car up to $15,000. I was skeptical but I took the bait to prove him wrong. Daniel took all my information through text messages the poor soul because I was posing as my husband while he was at work and I didnt want to get caught. At first it looked bleak requiring almost half down on a $12.000 car. I couldn't afford that. He promised to try and look through more lenders. I thought, nah! All salesmem say that and never call back. This guy tried two more times which I could see through notifications through transperian. He got me a deal split More than in half. I received the car for less than 1/4 of the price down and willing to work with me on the amount I put down that day. My husbands credit is awful. Daniel is a miracle worker !!!
